MissionMate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MissionMate! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the MissionMate Telegram bot and related services (“Service”, “MissionMate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using MissionMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MissionMate.

1. Definitions

Service: The MissionMate Telegram bot, website, and any associated features or services.
User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
Group: A Telegram chat or group utilizing the Service.
Active Participant: A user who has submitted at least one activity to MissionMate within the current billing period.
Customer: The individual or entity responsible for managing the group and payment for the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MissionMate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. License to Use

MissionMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or group habit-tracking purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use MissionMate.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or group.
You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, text, etc.) you submit to MissionMate.
By submitting content, you grant MissionMate a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purposes of operation, improvement, and promotion.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features.

7. Payment, Pricing, and Billing

MissionMate charges only for Active Participants-users who have submitted activities within the current billing period.
Long-term inactive members (users who have not submitted activities for an extended period) must be manually removed by the Customer to avoid billing for them.
Pricing details, billing frequency, and payment methods are specified at the time of subscription or in the commercial proposal.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.
MissionMate reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to Customers.

8. Termination and Suspension

MissionMate may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from their Telegram group or contacting support.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MissionMate (excluding user-generated content) are owned by MissionMate or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MissionMate without our express permission.

11. Updates and Modifications

MissionMate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionMate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

MissionMate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MissionMate operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

MissionMate may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties[2].
